How to book a portrait session with Amber Jablonski Photography

I’m so happy you’re here!

Whether you’ve taken many portraits with your family over the years, or maybe this is your first time investing in a session - let this guide be your resource for how to book with Amber Jablonski Photography.

First, you found my website. And have looked around. You’ve decided you like my style, it will fit into your budget, and you’re wondering where to begin.

  1. Contact Me

The best way to contact me is always via my contact form on my website. I do occasionally get DM’s on Instagram, but it’s most appreciated if you start here. My contact form can be found in the top nav, and on the portraits (mini + full sessions) page. Basic contact info is captured for invoicing purposes. And be sure to be as detailed as possible when it comes to a date that works best for you, what type of session you’re looking for, who’s attending the session, any inspiration you might have, etc. After you hit submit, I get notified of your inquiry, and I’ll follow up with you within 24 hours!

2. I’ll reach out via email

After I get your inquiry, I’ll respond via email. I’ll clarify dates and let you know if and when I have availability, offer location suggestions, and lay out next steps. Once we go back and forth and are on the same page, I’ll send you a contract and to sign and an invoice to book your session.

3. Contract and Invoice

Contracts and invoices will be sent directly to your email for you to look over and sign and take care of. Once those are complete, you’re officially booked with Amber Jablonski Photography.

4. Outfits and other inspo

You’ve booked the session, now what do you wear? I’m always happy to offer guidance for how to dress for your session, and review anything you have in mind. I’ll always take any inspiration you have as guidance for what you want to accomplish with your session.

5. Session Day

We made it! Time for your session. I’ll guide you and your group throughout the session with different poses and prompts that offer a lot of variety in your gallery.

6. Sneak peeks!

The best part. Within 24 hours of your session you can expect to receive a handful of images as a sneak peek in your private online gallery called Pixieset. All of these sneak peeks will be a part of your final gallery. Download, share on your social networks, and enjoy!

7. Gallery Delivery

Galleries for portrait session will be delivered within 3 weeks from your session date. Enjoy and unlimited amount of color and black and white images from your session. You’re free to download and share your photos however you would like. Galleries stay live for 6 months after your gallery delivery date, so you have plenty of time to download them and back them up.

8. Print your pictures

While not exclusive, you have the option to print your photos in a wide variety of formats directly from your gallery. The quality is professional, and your photos ship directly to you very quickly. I have my own wedding photos printed from this service and hung throughout my home. It does not disappoint!

I hope this guide was helpful for you when booking your session with Amber Jablonski Photography. I’m always available via email to answer any additional questions you may have. amberjablonskiphotography@gmail.com
